Our History and Commitment to Excellence
The Schanke family has owned and operated Oakridge Gardens Rehabilitation & Memory Center since 1980. The addition of GardenView Assisted Living offered the first model of a continuum-of-care facility in the Fox Valley area. To better serve the growing needs of our community, we opened The Gardens of Fountain Way Assisted Living.
Baldridge Performance Excellence Program
In 2014, the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) presented Oakridge Gardens Rehabilitation and Memory Center with the Bronze Commitment to Quality award. The award is in recognition of dedication to improving the lives of residents through the highest quality of care. The nationwide Baldridge Performance Excellence Program honors centers across the U.S. that have demonstrated their commitment to improving quality care for seniors and individuals with disabilities, and assists them in achieving their performance excellence goals.
